Syncronization with Microsoft Outlook will be a simple process. We have developed an Outlook AddIn which is a small pice of software that runs on your machine and communicates with our servers.
We will release the files required to install and set up the Outlook AddIn on our Web Site.
You will need to download the program, install in into Outlook and simply enter your BusinessSystemsManager.com login details into a configuration page. Any Appointments, Tasks or Business Systems that appear in your BusinessSystemsManager.com account will automatically appear in Outlook.
You will also be able to configure the Outlook AddIn so that any Appointments and Tasks you add to Outlook will automatically be added to BusinessSystemsManager.com
There will be some additional Menu Items and Quicklinks added to Outlook allowing you to quickly gain access to BusinessSystemsManager.com from within Outlook, so you will be able to track and measure your Key Indicators, create edit and Review Documents and design and run new Business Systems all from within the familiar Microsoft Outlook Application.
