I have noticed that Appointments, Tasks and Business System Tasks appear in advance on the Overview page.
How far in advance are they shown?

Tasks can be used in the software to enter and track single pieces of work that need to be completed in your business.
Tasks that occur on a regular basis can be scheduled in the software.
You can be reminded by email and SMS/Text message (on your mobile/cell phone) when a Task Starts, becomes Overdue and is Completed.
